I would've given 5 stars. The install and quality were fantastic. I had issues with scheduling. Apparently, my appointment for Friday was forgotten... Instead of coming clean, I felt as though I wasn't given a clear reason for the mishap.
We had the kitchen and plumbing all torn apart Thursday, and they didn't show up Friday.
I didn't get a call until I called them. I then waited for answers, nothing until I called them again. I was told they would come Monday in the morning... At noon on Monday, I called and was told they wouldn't be out until 2pm. When the crew showed up, they did a fantastic job!!
That being said, I will use them again, but I will be very careful to ensure they don't have a scheduling issue again.
It's frustrating having the whole kitchen down for 5 days over a weekend, much longer than we anticipated.
The install crew and materials, top notch...
Office scheduling and follow up was not top notch.
Everyone has a bed day, it costed us a bad weekend.
They chipped almost $200 off our invoice for the inconvenience

My husband and I are very happy with our new countertops. The installation, which on January 31, 2025, was great. The installers were both very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. Would recommend Badger Granite.

Badger Granite did an outstanding job installing our new counters. But what really impressed me was we had a couple hiccups and they really made things right and got the job done quickly. We also had an issue (not Badger's) but whomever installed our cabinets did not make them level and we had someone fix it but there was on corner that wasn't flat. Rick and husband team took the extra time to didn't and didn't charge us for the fix. We are do happy with the outcome! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The moment I walked in, I was quickly greeted with professionalism, courtesy and an amazing smile. Victor and the lady behind the desk had such a bright personality. Victor was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They have a great variety of inventory and mostly everything that captured my interest was in stock and ready for delivery. After a thorough explanation of the differences of each stone, I was further impressed with their reasonable pricing and quick installation. My home may not be a million dollars, but my experience definitely was.

We had a very small project that badger granite did for us affordably and it turned out amazing. They were so easy to work with, and we even had a few last minute changes that they were so accommodating with. If we ever decide to replace our kitchen counters or any other large projects we would definitely go back here.
